Faulty Omnipods Reporting
Patients should report any faulty pods directly to Insulet Customer Care – 0800 011 6132 (UK) or (+44) 20 3887 1709 (If calling from abroad). Their website can also be utilised to follow orders/deliveries, report faulty pods, failed adhesive, communication issues or alarming pods; This will ensure any pods are replaced if deemed faulty and eligible.
