Change to how patients receive their clinic letter

NEEDS is moving to a paperless system. Letters will no longer be sent to you after appointments.

The letter will be sent to your GP surgery.  You can view this on your NHS App in due course.

If you have problems accessing the NHS App, please contact your GP surgery.

You can ask us for a copy if needed.
